These terms are issued by Natural Solutions NZ Limited ("Natural Solutions") and are effective from February 1st, 2015. They cover the use of our website – www.naturalsolutions.nz. Use includes visits to our site, purchases on our site, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our website. Please read these terms carefully - if you need to refer to them again they can be accessed from the link at the bottom of any page of our website.

Ordering goods and services from us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process OR by telephone instructions from you. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order eg. an optional delivery message, and then previewing and submitting your order. If paying by credit card you are then taken to a payment gateway to enter payment information and return to our site for order confirmation. If ordering by phone, we will take your credit card details over the phone and process the payment accordingly. 

We will send you an e-mail to confirm the goods and services purchased, and that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.

We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

Refusing or cancelling orders

In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

Pricing

Our website (www.NaturalSolutions.nz) endeavours to set pricing to your local currency. It can be one of the following. NZD, USD, EUR, GBP or AUD. The currency chosen is clearly indicated by a prefix in front of the price (NZ$, US$, €, £, AU$). Tax (GST) is added if you select a New Zealand shipping location. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason.

Website and Credit Card Security

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All credit card payments are processed offsite via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. We do not store any of your credit card details. These transactions occur at a secure payment gateway authorised by our bankers.

You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.

For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.

Privacy of Your Data

Natural Solutions recognizes that your personal information is confidential, and we are committed to protecting your privacy, to at least the standard as required by the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.

Under no circumstances will we sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.

We may use your data to assist in providing services and information to you, or if required to protect or enforce our legal rights, or interests, or as required by law.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

We deliver world-wide to physical addresses. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Please note that a signature is required for all Courier (DHL & CourierPost) deliveries. The couriered goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery, unless they are seized by overseas customs as it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you purchase from us are allowed through your countries border patrol. If couriered goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days here. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our insurance (Note: claims outside the 7 day period may not be valid). We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.

Note: Due to our FDA compliant labeling, we guarantee delivery of couriered goods to the USA, and with no customs charges.

International Postal Service delivery may be chosen by you on low cost orders. Please NOTE that these orders are NOT tracked, and that the goods become the recipient's property and responsibility as soon as they leave our property.

Delivery Period

Delivery lead time for products may vary. In most cases your order will ship the next business day after acceptance of your order and delivery of your products should occur within 3 to 4 business days in most locations world wide. Delivery of International Postal Service items may take anywhere from 7 to 30 working days, or longer, and is NOT trackable. Delivery in New Zealand cities however should occur the following business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number that confirms that your order has been dispatched.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by logging into your account with us and viewing your order status and the tracking number which may be tracked with DHL Express Worldwide Courier (http://www.dhl.co.nz/) or CourierPost Courier (http://www.courierpost.co.nz/).

Returns

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have faulty product repaired, replaced or refunded. 

If you have received the wrong product, we apologize and you are more than welcome to an exchange.

We do not accept "change of mind" returns on food (dietary supplements) as we are unable to sell them again due to safety concerns (they were outside our chain of custody).

We do not accept "change of mind" returns on goods that benefit from refrigeration or freezing, as we are unable to sell them again as new.

Any returns accepted will attract a 20% restocking fee.

Accessing our service

Other than connecting to the Natural Solutions website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to The Natural Solutions website server. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our website or service and their associated software, hardware and server in any way. You also agree not to modify any content or service on the Natural Solutions website. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.

Our websites are intended to provide information for people shopping for our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our database to receive e-mails from us.
