Consume:
- Adults: 2 tubs (40mls) daily. 1 morning and 1 night.
- Children: 1 tub (20mls) daily. 1/2 morning and 1/2 night.
For people is a seriously immune compromised condition:
- Adults: 4 units (80mls) daily. 2 morning and 2 night.
- Children: 2 units (40mls) daily. 1 morning and 1 night.
As a Cosmetic:
- Rub 1 tub onto skin and leave in place for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE:
Thaw immediately before use and then use either directly or with added juice.
Product is more palatable if taken just prior to a meal.
